Food grade compressor oils manufactured by Molykote (Dow Corning) are some of the best food grade
oils that can be used in manufacturing areas where the new NSF food regulations apply.
Our range of compressor oils is made from synthetic oils which are designed to run
longer and hotter, if required. They are all NSF approved and this replaces the old
USDA H1 classification.
Food grade compressor oils need to function without the varnish build up typical
of mineral oils. Changing to synthetic food grade oils will give you less maintenance
work to do and will give you cost savings.

Hereunder is a list of fully synthetic transparent oils designed for low and
high temperatures under extreme operating conditions. Temperature range from
- 50°C to + 160°C (GV 68) and - 30°C to + 180°C (GV 460)
They form a very adhesive lubricating film with anti wear properties and a
low tendency to evaporation and are also neutral to plastics and elastomers.
